CLEVELAND (WJW) - Members of the U.S. Marshals Service, along with the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF), made an arrest Tuesday in an aggravated murder case.
Marshae Davis, 34, was arrested in the 3200 block of Overlook Road in Cleveland Heights.
His arrest is in connection with the death of Christie Bozeman.
The 28-year-old woman was found shot to death in her apartment in the 2400 block of Central Ave. in Cleveland on May 3, 2024.
Leonai Jonson, 18, and Cashemere Cole, 26, were initially identified as suspects in the case. Jonson was arrested on May 15 in an apartment near the crime scene, while Cole was arrested by the Cleveland Heights Police Department on October 11.
“Months after the initial arrest in this case, the Cleveland Division of Police Homicide Unit continues to pursue justice for this victim, as a third suspect is now in custody. We will continue to assist the Cleveland Division of Police in putting these violent fugitives behind bars,” US Marshal Pete Elliott said in a press release.
